Like every other store, Eapparelstore also has its own shipping and return policy and it’s important for all the customers to read the shipping and return policy details before purchasing products, as it would provide you with assistance in a convenient manner.
Once an order is placed, we require one working day to collect all the items. In certain cases when the product is out of stock, customer will be contacted and asked to make another choice or either to cancel their order, since the product isn’t available. Hence, while placing your order bear in mind to enter a valid email address which is monitored on regular basis. We usually take one working day to ship the order, if the product isn’t out of stock.
A tracking number will be sent to every customers email address with the help of which they can track the status of their parcel from their local post office. However those customers residing in the U.S. can track their parcel at www.usps.com and those residing in the U.K. can track their parcel at http://www.parcelforce.com . Depending on the product you order you would be required to mention any or all of the following: height, weight, chest, hips, Inseam, out seam, as it becomes reasonable then, to choose the right size.
There are times when a customer might need urgent delivery of their choice of product ordered. In such cases, the customer needs to send us an email at helpdesk@eapparelstore.com. Some customer might demand to receive the parcel within one week. In such cases we cannot guarantee fast delivery as normally it takes about 7-10 working days to do so, and if it’s required within 7 days, then such orders will be cancelled automatically.
It takes around 7-10 working days to deliver the parcel to those residing in the U.S. In places like Euro, the delivery might get delayed to a few days more. Customers residing in Netherlands might have to wait to receive their parcel even up to one month. All the payments for purchase of goods will be made by using a credit card. There are some customers who might have to pay duty for incoming goods. It seldom happens but still there is a probability. In such cases, to reduce the duty we mark low value on the tracking form.
Last but not the least, we reserve all the rights to cancel an order, if we suspect the customer, or suspect of a fraudulent payment or in certain cases when the customer refuses to inform us about size measurement requirements.
Important:
You are responsible to send us your measurement information, including but not limited to height, weight, back lenght, waist, chest, inseam/outseam.
If you can not offer such information, we can not process your order efficiently and you may meet some size problems, so please do remember to enter this information while creating new account.
However, if our shipping department could not find customer's measurement information, we may send you inquiry regarding your body size within 1 working day. Please check the email inbox/trash and confirm the size.
If we cannot get the measurement figure within 1 week, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded without further notice.
Returns and Refunds
You can feel free to return the parcel within 7 days. Please note that items cannot be returned after 7 days.
If you find that your purchased item has quality problems or you want to make an exchange, you can return them to us within a week you received them. Please make sure thatthe returned productsare unwashed and unworn, and do not remove tags. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Damage to a produst by the users is not our responsibility to replace or refund.
Please inform us in advance if you want to make a return. Any returns must be discussed withus in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. All returned items must be send back with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
We can make an exchange or give a refund according to your requirement. We will do that as soon as we have received the returned parcel, but customers will bear the returning postage and reshipping fee.
Please do inform us the tracking number after you have sent the parcel back. We need the tracking number to track the returns and pick up them at the post office.
